With services from just £229, there’s help available for everyone.

First, let’s get to know the different types of support that I have available, and the advantages and disadvantages of each.

Online courses

Your Investment: from £229

Based on the in-person work I do, I have incorporated all of the information into a comprehensive, structured and interactive course. Using a state of the art, online learning platform

Advantages: Lowest initial investment, completely self-paced
Disadvantages: Limited personal support

Brief intervention

Your Investment: £675

20% of the information leads to 80% of the results. With that fact in mind we work together in a focused and practical way to thoroughly explore and implement that 20%. Delivered over 6 weeks you’ll start to feel more in control and effective as quickly as possible.

Advantages: Focused progress, simple, actionable and achievable goals, personal support
Disadvantages: Limited background and understanding of origins of problems.

Complete program

Your Investment: £1800

The most comprehensive support available anywhere. Based on 12 weeks of ongoing support, we will work closely together find the absolute best way forward for you. You’ll learn everything you need to know, practice making simple and effective changes, learn to effectively overcome obstacles and problems, learn how to progress and keep that progress going, and ultimately feel happy, healthy and confident, that you can manage your health for the rest of your life.

Advantages: The most comprehensive support available, second to none service, extended personal support, access to all resources
Disadvantages: Initial investment is slightly higher.

Pay as you go

Your Investment: £79 per session (usually 1hr)

Whether you just want to see what coaching with me is all about, or if you can’t commit to any of the other programs for whatever reason, purchasing sessions individually could be the answer for you.

Advantages: Support only when you need it, stay in control of your budget
Disadvantages: Limited personal support, no included follow ups.

Monthly Membership

Your Investment: from £250/month (up to 4 sessions/month)

Ongoing support for as long as you need it with a fixed monthly cost. You can stay in control of both your health and your budget whilst enjoying all of the benefits of coaching.

Advantages: Ongoing personal support for as long as you need it, access to everything you need, as you need it. Fixed costs.
Disadvantages: You don’t have an end/completion point
