I’m John and I provide unique, specialist exercise and weight management programs. They are individually designed for people who need and expect more than normal personal training can provide.
Being healthier, happier and fitter is a top priority for many people and for many different reasons. When you’re searching for support, you generally find that “normal” programs often fall into two categories, they’re either totally confusing, or just plain boring. Whether you can’t understand what your doing or why, no matter how hard you try or you’re just tired of getting the same generic information over and over… and over again. Getting the correct support at the correct time is important. Sometimes you don’t quite feel ready to commit to anything, and that’s OK, it’s perfectly normal to feel like you need to prepare yourself for change.
