I work with people in person (if you’re lucky enough to live in Seaham and the surrounding areas), and online to help them escape the overwhelm, confusion and frustration that comes from trying to improve their health and wellbeing.

I work hard to understand exactly what your needs are, and then I provide wraparound support to help you get where you want to be with your health.

I’ll help you develop the skills, experience and confidence to manage your own health and wellbeing, for the rest of your life.

We’ll improve your mindset. We’ll build your problem solving skills, and your resilience to keep you moving forward. We’ll simplify everything to make the whole process fit as seamlessly as possible into your life. You’ll be consistent, confident and ultimately, successful.

This probably isn’t like anything you’ve done before. It’s not instruction, it’s supported self-management. It’s you being empowered. It’s you taking control, right from the start. It’s you becoming more and more confident in your ability to change, and to never looking back.

How much does it cost?

Investing in yourself and your future is always worth paying for. I just want to make sure you’re getting the value for money you deserve.

I’ll provide you with lifelong skills, and the confidence to use them, not throw you a 3 month workout routine or weekly meal plans to keep you coming back over and over again.

I focus on individuals. That means that I truly understand and embrace your unique approach, skills and ways of learning. From the start, your support will always be truly personalised.

Your Investment: from £229

Based on the in-person work I do, I have incorporated all of the information into a comprehensive, structured and interactive course. Using a state of the art, online learning platform

I need to learn what’s most important and how to effectively implement it.

Your Investment: £675

20% of the information leads to 80% of the results. With that fact in mind we work together in a focused and practical way to thoroughly explore and implement that 20%. Delivered over 6 weeks you’ll start to feel more in control and effective as quickly as possible.

I need more support to build my knowlege, to implement effective change and improve my confidence in my own ability.

Your Investment: £1800

The most comprehensive support available anywhere. Based on 12 weeks of ongoing support, we will work closely together find the absolute best way forward for you. You’ll learn everything you need to know, practice making simple and effective changes, learn to effectively overcome obstacles and problems, learn how to progress and keep that progress going, and ultimately feel happy, healthy and confident, that you can manage your health for the rest of your life.

One step at a time.

Your Investment: £79 per session (usually 1hr)

Whether you just want to see what coaching with me is all about, or if you can’t commit to any of the other programs for whatever reason, purchasing sessions individually could be the answer for you.

First and foremost, I’m a Weight Loss Specialist, but as you can probably imagine, it’s difficult for me to list every individual thing that I can help you with. I’ve made a list of some of the most common issues I help people overcome, but if what you need isn’t listed, that doesn’t mean I can’t help.

    I specialise in supporting people with weight loss, especially for those people who have struggled to manage their weight for a long time, and feel like losing weight is an impossible task. If you don’t know where to start, it’s time to get in touch.

    Moving more brings so many positive changes, from improved fitness, confidence and even better mental health, but it remains a big problem for so many people. Whether you struggle to understand what to do or how to do it, or if you really struggle with your mindset and motivation around exercise, I can help you.

    Mental health issues like stress, depression and anxiety are becoming more and more common, but because it wasn’t discussed openly for such a long time, managing it can be challenging. Thankfully this is changing, so if you aren’t feeling at your best and you want some help, get in touch.
